Services

All projects are governed by a written proposal outlining scope, timeline and fees agreed before work begins.

Ownership

Websites and e-commerce stores provided as part of an active SEO or Social Media Marketing plan are designed, built, hosted and maintained by us, with no upfront design fee. While your plan is active, the website, hosting and administrator access remain managed by Leafy Digitals, and hosting, security, updates and backups are included in your plan.

If you cancel your plan and wish to keep the website, ownership of the website, its files and all access transfer to you on payment of a one-off buyout fee of $500 (standard website) or $1,000 (e-commerce website).

For custom development projects quoted and paid separately (such as web or mobile apps, AI automation or AI agents), intellectual property in the agreed deliverables transfers to you on final payment.
