How much does a new website cost?
Nothing upfront. Your website or online store is included free when you sign up to any monthly SEO or Social Media plan, with hosting and updates handled for you. If you cancel your plan and want to keep the site, it’s a one-off $500 for a website or $1,000 for an e-commerce store.
How long does a website take to build?
A typical small business website takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger sites and online stores usually take 6–10 weeks. We agree on a timeline before we start and keep you updated every week.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. Our SEO, social media and ads plans run month to month. If we are not delivering value, you are free to leave, and you can keep your website by paying the one-off buyout.
Who owns the website once it is built?
While your SEO or Social Media plan is active, we host and manage the website for you as part of the plan. Your domain stays in your name. If you leave, pay the one-off buyout ($500 website, $1,000 e-commerce) and we hand over the full site, files and logins.
How long does SEO take to work?
Most clients see early movement within 3 months and meaningful growth in 6–12 months, depending on competition and where your site starts. We report progress every month so you can see the trend.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, because Google controls the results. What we do guarantee is transparent work, agreed KPIs and reporting that shows exactly what we did and what it achieved.
Can I make changes to my website?
Yes. While your plan is active, just send us your changes and our team makes them for you. If you buy out your site, we hand over admin access and show you how to edit it yourself.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Absolutely. We work with businesses right across Australia via video calls, and our process is designed to run smoothly remotely.
